Phase 6a of the BusConnects Network Redesign roll-out which had been scheduled for implementation in December 2024, will now launch on January 26th, 2025.
Phase 6a includes the introduction of:
- 24-hour Spines E1 and E2.
- Radial route 19
- Local routes L1, L2, L3, L12, L14, L15, L26, L27
- Express routes X1 and X2.
What’s new?
24-hour spines E1 and E2 serve areas including Bray, city centre, Ballymun and Santry.
Radial route 19 will initially operate to and from Parnell Square and to and from Merrion Square at peak times.
An all-day service to and from Merrion Square will commence in April.
Your new Local and Xpress routes (L1, L2, L3, L12, L14, L15, L26, L27, X1 and X2) serve Greystones, Newcastle, Kilternan, Blackrock and more.
