Applications to An Bord Pleanála (ABP) for Approval
The National Transport Authority (NTA) have given notice of their applications under Section 51(2) of the Roads Act 1993 (as amended) to An Bord Pleanála for approval in relation to proposed road developments consisting of the construction of the 12 Core Bus Corridor Schemes. The National Transport Authority (NTA) have received notification of planning approval by An Bord Pleanála for the Belfield/Blackrock to City Centre, the Ballymun/Finglas to City Centre, the Liffey Valley to City Centre and the Clongriffin to City Centre Core Bus Corridor Schemes.
Formal statutory public consultation processes were triggered in respect of these schemes. To view further details on these schemes click on the drop down arrow above. The public had the formal opportunity to have their views heard and considered by An Bord Pleanála as part of the statutory consultation process to inform An Bord Pleanála.
